In a situation where constantly changing labor market enforces new organizational and legal solutions in the field of regulation of work relations, temporary work is an ideal solution to many employers’ problems.

Employment by the agency causes the rise of three-sided relation between the subjects. There are three interdependent legal relations:

     • agency of temporary work – employer user
     • agency of temporary work – temporary employee
     • employer user – temporary employee

If employee fulfils all criteria for the post, agency will sign a contract with him/her, for a specific period of time, depending on the circumstances.

Employer user organizes work and provides directions as to how it should be performed.

Employee’s work is monitored by agency. There is a possibility to change employee if he/she does not implement employer’s requirements.
